I previously posted/boasted about my mini shopping spree on Target, After Xmas Shopping At Target, as I snatched a few incredibly good deals for just over $50 (inclucing a pair of boots for 13$!).Today I received most of my order (sans boots), & found myself calling customer service yet again. I ordered 2 hats, this was 1 of them...
And, this is what I received...

Obviously, not the same hat~when I accessed my order on Target, I was able to access the other 4 items I bought, x this one. So, that means Target was out-of-stock of/sold out of the hat. But, instead of acknowledging that, they substituted another hat in it's place~1 I would've never purchased! When I called, the Target "team member" was overly apologetic & was ready to send me a return label. But that wasn't without it's hassles, since this order was placed under an erroneous email address due to a typo (see Xmas Shopping link above). I finally said, "Ya know what, I'll keep the damn hat!" I also told her I'd be writing about it online...I love Target, but I do think some retailers are better at operating their stores than their websites!!!

Lots of them are. Keep writing about them. And let them know that you are!!!!
I shop Target and Wal Mart often and I can honestly say that this particular store won't see me again. But they probably don't care because if they did someone other than one lone store manager would have helped me. I made two different trips up front asking for help and they paged someone to come an assistance me and they either didn't show up or by the time I got back to the designated department they were gone - I'm old I move slow. I ended up going to Wal Mart and got almost the same items there without having to beg for assistance.
My Target Rant!!!!! Grrrrr! Now, I feel better. LOL!
